Contributions

The Lisbon Preprints, containing full papers and short poster abstracts, will be published on CD accompanied by a book of abstracts.

Papers and posters may address the different Working Group aims and programs and/or the conference theme.
The selection of papers and posters abstracts for publication in the preprints – and presentation at the conference – will be the well known two-step process consisting of a call for abstracts of prospective papers and posters, followed by an invitation to submit full papers and (short) poster abstracts.

In the two-step process all contributions will be evaluated and ranked by the relevant Working Group coordinator and a Peer Reviewer. Based on these evaluations and rankings the Editorial Committee - consisting of five Directory Board Members and the Managing Editor - will first invite authors to contribute full papers and short poster abstracts, and then later do the final selection of papers and poster abstracts for inclusion in the preprints. Managing editor 2011 will again be Janet Bridgland.
